Nourishing the Future: The Impact of Our School Feeding Program

Providing nutritious meals to children while supporting local farmers and improving education outcomes.

School children enjoying meals

In partnership with the World Food Programme, our school feeding program is transforming education and nutrition for thousands of children across Sierra Leone. By providing daily nutritious meals, we're not just fighting hunger—we're investing in the future of our communities.

The Power of a Nutritious Meal

For many children in Sierra Leone, the meal they receive at school is often the most nutritious they'll have all day. Our program ensures that:

  • Children receive the nutrition they need to focus and learn
  • School attendance and enrollment rates increase significantly
  • Academic performance improves with better nutrition
  • Girls, in particular, benefit from increased access to education

"Before the feeding program, many children would come to school hungry and struggle to concentrate. Now, we see more energy in the classrooms and better academic performance. The children are happier and more engaged in their learning." - Mr. Kamara, School Principal
